About UA Training

The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada or "UA" as it is commonly known, is a pipe trades union whose members are engaged in the fabrication, installation, maintenance, and servicing of all forms of fluid piping systems. Our members are employed on every type of residential, commercial, and industrial project from piping systems in homes and hospitals, to refineries and pulp mills, to nuclear power generating systems.

Our training programs are developed for a wide variety of skills needed for Canadian workplaces. The UA has been training pipe tradespersons longer than anyone else in the construction industry.
